OPML and RSS feed manager for iPhone, iPad and Mac
Which of your feeds are still alive?
Open the OPML file from your feed reader or podcast app. OPMLMan checks every feed and tells you which are active, which have gone quiet, which have moved and which are gone for good.
Tap Check. See what’s left.
Nothing is checked until you ask, so nothing runs in the background and no feed gets hammered. Try it on a small list.

Everything an OPML file needs.
- Collections
- Every file you import stays its own collection, with its folders. Then types, then feeds, like artists, albums and songs.
- Feed health
- Latest item, the earliest it still lists, how often it publishes, and what the server said.
- Duplicates
- The same feed written two ways, http and https, or one address redirecting to another. You choose what goes.
- Merge and split
- Combine lists into a new one, or split one into podcasts, video and articles.
- Export
- Clean OPML per collection, combined, or one file per type, ready for the apps that read each.
- Everywhere
- iPhone, iPad and a native Mac app, in step through your own iCloud. Apple Vision Pro too.
No account. No analytics. It only talks to the feeds you check.
Free, with no ads and no tracking. There’s a tip jar if you’d like to say thanks; it unlocks nothing. Your collections sync through your own iCloud, or stay on the device.
Podcasts in the list? Tidy them here, then listen in OpiumlQuestions
What is an OPML file?
The list format feed readers and podcast apps use to export and import subscriptions. Look for Export OPML or Export subscriptions in your app’s settings.
How does OPMLMan decide a feed is dormant?
From the date of its newest item. By default nothing new for 30 days is slowing and for 90 days is dormant. You can change both in Settings.
Does it check feeds in the background?
No. Feeds are only checked when you tap Check.
Does it play podcasts or show articles?
No. OPMLMan manages and checks your lists. For podcasts, export a clean list and import it into Opiuml, from the same developer.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. It’s free, with no ads and no tracking. The optional tip jar unlocks nothing.
